1. Our Products

Crochet Tales offers handmade crochet products including flowers, bouquets, bags, keychains and accessories.

Because our products are handmade, slight variations in colour, size, shape, texture and finishing may occur. These natural variations are a part of the handmade nature of our products and are not considered defects.

2. Product Information & Pricing

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and availability displayed on our website are accurate.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.

Prices and product availability may change without prior notice.

3. Placing an Order

When you place an order, please ensure that your name, phone number, email address and shipping address are correct.

Crochet Tales is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

An order is considered confirmed after successful payment and/or order confirmation.

4. Customized & Personalized Products

Customized and personalized products are made according to the customer's requirements.

Once a customized or made-to-order product has entered production, cancellation may not be possible.

Customized or personalized products are generally not eligible for return or replacement due to change of mind, incorrect colour selection or personal preference, unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12–24 hours of placing the order, provided the product has not already entered production or been dispatched.

Once a customized or made-to-order product has entered production, cancellation may not be possible.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Ready-to-ship products are generally dispatched within 3–5 working days.

Made-to-order or customized products may take 7–14 working days to dispatch.

After dispatch, delivery usually takes approximately 3–7 working days, depending on the delivery location.

Tracking details will be provided once the order has been shipped.

Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

Delays caused by courier issues, weather, strikes, natural events or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect delivery timelines.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct delivery address and phone number. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal or non-availability, additional re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Returns & Replacement

Returns are accepted only when a product arrives:

• Damaged
• Defective
• Significantly different from what was ordered

Customers must contact Crochet Tales within 48 hours of delivery.

The customer may be required to provide:

• Order number
• Clear photos/videos of the product
• Photos/videos of the packaging if the package arrived damaged

Returns are not accepted for change of mind, wrong colour selected by the customer, normal handmade variations, customer-caused damage or customized/personalized products, except where the product is defective or damaged.

8. Payments

Customers must complete payment using the payment methods available at checkout.

An order is processed only after successful payment confirmation, where applicable.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including the Crochet Tales name, logo, photographs, graphics, product descriptions, text and design elements, belongs to Crochet Tales or its respective rights holders.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially use our content without prior written permission.

10. Website Usage

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation or use the website for unlawful purposes.

11. Changes to These Terms

Crochet Tales may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page along with the updated date.
