1. Our Products

Yarn Edit offers handmade crochet products, including flowers, bouquets, bags, keychains, and accessories.

As our products are handmade, minor variations in colour, size, shape, texture, and finishing may occur. Such variations are a natural characteristic of handmade products and shall not be considered defects.

2. Product Information & Pricing

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices, and availability displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen, or display settings.

Prices, product details, and availability may be changed or updated without prior notice.

3. Placing an Order

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete name, phone number, email address, and shipping information when placing an order.

Yarn Edit shall not be responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

An order shall be considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received and/or the order has been confirmed by Yarn Edit.

4. Customized & Personalized Products

Customized and personalized products are made according to the customer's specific requirements.

Once a customized or made-to-order product has entered production, cancellation may not be possible.

Customized or personalized products are generally not eligible for return or replacement due to change of mind, incorrect colour selection, or personal preference, unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12–24 hours of placing the order, provided the product has not entered production or been dispatched.

Once a customized or made-to-order product has entered production, cancellation may not be possible.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Ready-to-ship products are generally dispatched within 3–5 working days.

Made-to-order or customized products may require 7–14 working days for dispatch.

Once dispatched, delivery generally takes approximately 3–7 working days, depending on the delivery location and courier service.

Tracking details will be provided once the order has been shipped.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery timelines may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, natural events, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address and contact number. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or repeated delivery attempts due to customer unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Returns & Replacements

Returns or replacements are accepted only if the product arrives:

• Damaged

• Defective

• Significantly different from the product ordered

Customers must contact Yarn Edit within 48 hours of delivery to report an issue.

For verification, customers may be required to provide:

• Order number

• Clear photos or videos of the product

• Photos or videos of the packaging, particularly if the package arrived damaged

Returns or replacements are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect colour selection, normal variations associated with handmade products, damage caused after delivery due to customer handling, or customized/personalized products, except where the customized or personalized product arrives damaged or defective.

8. Payments

Customers must complete payment using the payment methods available at checkout.

Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation, where applicable.

9. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Yarn Edit website, including its name, logo, photographs, graphics, product descriptions, written content, and design elements, is owned by Yarn Edit or its respective rights holders.

No website content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

10. Changes to These Terms

Yarn Edit reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service from time to time.

Any changes will be published on this page along with the updated date. Customers are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
