• Ready-to-ship products are dispatched within 3–5 working days.

• Made-to-order/custom products may take 7–14 working days to dispatch.

• Processing time may vary slightly depending on the product and order volume.

2. Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery usually takes approximately 3–7 working days, depending on your location and the courier service.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary for remote locations or due to circumstances outside our control.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details through the contact information provided with your order.

You can use the tracking information to follow your shipment's progress.

4. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Any shipping offers or free-shipping promotions will be mentioned separately on the website.

6. Incorrect Address or Contact Details

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address and phone number.

Crochet Tales is not responsible for delivery failure caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal to accept the parcel, or repeated non-availability, additional re-shipping charges may apply.
