Returns & Replacement

Returns are accepted only if the product arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered.

For a replacement, the customer must contact Crochet Tales within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the product

  • Photos/videos of the packaging if it arrived damaged

❌ No Returns For

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong colour selected by the customer

  • Slight variations in handmade products

  • Damage caused after delivery due to customer handling

  • Customized/personalized products, unless they arrive damaged or defective

Customized or personalized orders cannot normally be returned or exchanged simply because the customer changed their mind.
